Terms & Conditions

 1. Service Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All work will be carried out to a professional standard, using reasonable care and skill.

2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days.
Pricing is based on the information provided; any additional work not included in the original quotation may be subject to additional charges.
We reserve the right to adjust the price if the scope of work changes.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payment.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless agreed otherwise.

4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Materials and Parts
We can supply materials and parts as needed.
Materials provided by us will be charged in addition to labour costs, unless otherwise agreed.
If customers provide their own parts, we cannot guarantee their quality or suitability.

6. Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion.
This guarantee does not cover materials or parts supplied by third parties, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or repairs carried out by others.

7. Liability
We carry full public liability insurance.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or issues that are uncovered during the course of work.

8. Access and Safety
Customers must ensure clear access to the work area.
We reserve the right to refuse work in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

9. Waste Removal
Minor waste will be cleared as part of the service.
Removal of large or hazardous waste (e.g., old appliances, large quantities of rubble) must be agreed separately and may incur additional charges.

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, supply shortages).
